Quad bike safaris - Let's drive in forests!
Our quad bike safari will take you through ever-changing terrain, from swamps and marshes to rocky cliffs, and from meadows to thick forest. The altitude varies up to 50 metres within the 300-hectare driving territory.
The final route and track choices are always made on-site, based on the conditions of the day. We respect the environment and let it dictate the best, safest and environmentally friendliest way to travel.
The four distinctive seasons of Southern Finland create a fascinating variety of quad bike off-road driving conditions and challenges. In the spring and fall, the tracks are wet and muddy, which makes driving a true test of skills and teamwork. In the summertime, the challenges are found though hill climbing and driving on rocky terrain. And winter, of course, offers a unique driving environment that will test the team's abilities to tackle snow and ice.
Our professional trainers have an accumulated experience of several decades about off-road driving. For example, everyone of our staff has gone through a safe driving training organized by a quad bike association "Monkkärit ry".

Course of the safari
Each quad bike safari begins with a short meeting, during which we go through quad bike driving technique and safety issues. Then we familiarise ourselves with the quad bike control system and use of walkie-talkies.
In the beginning, we practice handling the quad bike on easy terrain and as the vehicle handling skills improve, the team will travel to more and more difficult terrain. Depending on the time of year, the team will face different kind of challenges: steep slopes, mud, rocky terrain, snow and ice.
The clients drive the quad bikes themselves; our personnel is there only to give instructions and to ensure the safety of the safari.
On a minisafari you get to try quad bike off-road driving on easy routes, while on the longer safaris the terrain as well as the obstacles are more challenging.
At your request, Pois Tieltä! would be happy to help you plan meals, sauna or other activities in addition to the driving. If you like, we can also organise conference rooms, accommodation and transportation to the safari area.

Supplementary programs
Pois Tieltä! would be happy to plan together with you some supplementary programs joined with the driving, such as meals, sauna or some other recreation. At yor request, we can also arrange necessary conference facilities, accommodation and transportation to the safari terrain.
